Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using any Pipelit product — including the free scanner (scan.pipelit.co.uk), Scanner Pro (app.pipelit.co.uk), the website (pipelit.co.uk), or the Revenue Compliance Platform — you agree to these terms. If you are using Pipelit on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Products and tiers

Pipelit offers the following products:

• Scanner (Free): A free compliance scanner at scan.pipelit.co.uk. No account required. Scans any public URL and returns a compliance report.
• Scanner Pro — Starter (£199/month): Compliance Monitor dashboard, saved scan results, scan reports with regulation mapping, weekly scans, 1 domain, 3 team members.
• Scanner Pro — Growth (£399/month): Everything in Starter plus Revelio AI compliance assistant, fix pipeline workflows, team roles (DPO, implementer), GTM integration, daily scans, 5 domains, unlimited team, full audit trail.
• Founder Plan (£99/month): Full Starter features at a reduced rate for pre-Series A companies. Limited to 20 spots, 6-month minimum commitment.
• Compliance Audit Session (£500 one-off): 90-minute consultation with live scan and written remediation plan.
• Revenue Compliance Platform: Coming soon. Full CMP, GTM, and CRM integration with revenue impact analysis.

Features, pricing, and tier availability may change. Current pricing is launch pricing and may increase for new customers. Existing customers retain their rate.

3. Accounts

To use Scanner Pro, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Payment and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

The Founder Plan requires a 6-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation of the Founder Plan forfeits the discounted rate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the scanner to attack, disrupt, or interfere with any website
• Scan websites you do not own or have authorisation to scan in a professional capacity
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label Pipelit's output without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Pipelit product
• Use Pipelit to facilitate illegal activity
• Share account credentials with unauthorised users

6. Data and integrations

When you connect integrations (e.g. Google Tag Manager), you grant Pipelit read-only access to the specified data. You represent that you have authority to grant this access. Pipelit will only access data within the scope authorised (e.g. tagmanager.readonly for GTM). See our Security & Data page for details.

7. Revelio AI

Revelio AI is provided as a compliance guidance tool, not as legal advice. Revelio's responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. You should always verify Revelio's guidance with your DPO or legal counsel before implementing changes. Pipelit is not liable for actions taken based on Revelio's output.

8. Intellectual property

Pipelit, Scanner Pro, Revelio, the Revenue Compliance concept, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of Pipelit Ltd. Your scan results and data remain your property. By using Pipelit, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

9. Disclaimer

Pipelit is a compliance detection and guidance tool, not a substitute for legal advice. Scan results identify potential compliance issues based on technical analysis but do not constitute a legal opinion. Regulatory requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Always consult qualified legal counsel.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipelit Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Pipelit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing lalarukh@pipelit.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect.
